daym reading your stories makes me feel really lucky. first thing i went straight to the spira so buy the unit, I thought they launched it there. WRONG. I met one of the officer in charge (can't remember name, large friendly guy, driving merc. site manager or something) told me to go the office to buy units. so okay I go there and have my 10k ready. I walk in and told I have 10k now and wanted to check out the units. I was ushered to a sales person and view which units available, fitting into my budget, looking at the plan and decide, all in my own sweet time. then after I wanted to sign up, they found out the bank draft was on a different name. so they discuss and okay, they let me have the unit without paying 10k draft. cool. I went back to the bank to change the name on the bank draft and it took me 3 days to do it, lalalala.. until Puan Mag called me am I still interested. I said ya I just got the new bank draft and ready. day after I went there with the updated bank draft. Easy like sunday morning

Never thought everybody else was queuing for long time and some missed the unit, until I found out here..

hehe. I went there on motorcycle last week and bumped into a guy in a car at the guardhouse, we looked at each other and give a nod.. I wonder who he is.. was it you encik naing?

yea I guess it wasnt you. I claim my car to be 2nd cheapest in Spira

I think one of the collection days is today. Other days is probably alternate days. Management office told me its 4 times a week.

This grill is 1 week old.. I think after 1 year no more grill..

the square section was only welded 2 side. Pemalas! I did the grill for the wet kitchen, guest room and the store (maid's) room for RM800. can't remember how much sq.ft but I think should be around rm10/sq ft or somewhere around that price (don't blame me, honestly I can't remember).

I saw jeghui grills.. man fantastic! the material is not square section but rectangular. strong and soundly made. Not sure how much, but its nice. I think it's affordable.

Roger, thank you I will make sure they redo the grills. I haven't paid them in full, except RM20 (deposit) for the grills. heh.. I hope I'm not getting RM20 worth of job right here..

I think better use mosquito netting AND ubat nyamuk. buy the electric liquid ones that plugged in to the socket. Highly recommended. I bought one of those and sleep soundly at night with all windows open, and the next morning I woke up I saw dead mosquitoes around me, muahahaha..
