CCC =Certificate of completion & compliance (issued by architect/SO) Used to be CF = certificate of fitness - issued by municipal (DBKL/MBSA/MBPJ etc) It saves time & bureaucracy - but shift most responsibility to the SO. VP = vacant possession - means to hand over the key to you and your house. Done by developer once CCC is obtained.

today just signed S&P (Spira) and pay balance downpayment & RM350 disbursement fee. Any recommendation on loan lawyer that can facilitate porgress of loan agreement n affordable price. Thx

I too paid the remaining 10% + RM400 disbursement at the Naza office when signing the SPA. Regarding the other 2 CCC copies that you mentioned (those that will be mailed)....are they the same as the one in the SPA? If not I'll have to find out what happen to my copies.
