Price will go down once the property bubble pops. that's for sure. just the matter of "when"
seriously I think the prices are ridiculous. my personal opinion only. Btw, anybody have En. yusof number? i wanted to apply reno permit to install kitchen cabinet. contractor coming this weekend. Can I apply the permit without ever going to the management office? is it possible to do so? |

QUOTE(spydermind @ Apr 11 2011, 03:19 PM) I think it is important to really have another option of accessibility on top of the LKSA....I know currently you can exit into Klang or Shah alam via in city road...but, I think it is important to have another better road directly connecting AI with other part of Shah Alam.... Too many about.. |

a bit of update, I just found out the management office already contracted some company to pickup rubbish (not renovation rubbish lah). pickup 4 times a week inc Saturday.
I spend last weekends there, there was no rubbish pickup on Saturday. If we have any other concern or report (such as no trash pickup) we can report direct to the enforcement (in blue uniform) they will update the HQ to take immediate actions. |

Tanong, I believe there will be hypermarkets and probably malls too. But its still too early to say. however I&P does allocate areas for these type of development, which I saw in their plans and was briefed earlier when visiting their launches.

just to share my defects report with you guys..
1. Power outlet porch not working 2. masterbed room window leaking 3. No Water connection. Previously connected. 4. Water pressure main bath very low 5. (Not applicable) 6. 3rd bath toilet flush problem 7. Laminated floor 3rd bath not flat 8. main door squeaking 9. Main porch rain water flowing from the sides leaving marks. I checked neighbors porch no water stains. 10. Paint crack on planters box Item 6 & 8 actually I can fix my self, but me lazy lah. so ask them to check it out, hehehe.. defects ma! kekeke. they also removed my water connection not sure why. luckily when I spent the last weekend there water in the tank still enough to cover my consumption. Added on April 14, 2011, 11:40 amGuys, I'm thinking about a crazy idea! my fren suggest that I open an access to the top of the porch thru the main bedroom, since the porch is flat slab. make a small spiral stairs (covers up the opened portion of the planters box - good thing) and hv railings around, on top of the porch. now this area can be used as leisure port la (at night only, siang too hot!). hangout, chillexing, maybe play guitar or something.. kalau boring, pegi ketuk tingkap jiran sebelah ajak sembang, kekeke.. jadi ahli mesyuarat tingkap! wat do you guys think? Naing, I forgot to check the room door locks! didnt thought it would be a defect. Better check them next week. thanks. Added on April 14, 2011, 3:01 pmNaing. I filled up the upper bath twice already, the water went away but there's no sign of leaking at the lower floor. what's going on eh? I close all windows and doors too. and I believe I sealed the holes tight already.. This post has been edited by KeMM: Apr 14 2011, 03:01 PM |

http://www.facebook.com/photo.php?pid=6288...2f&id=664889870 Naing, you are so right about the copper piping! how do you route the copper piping? thru the ceiling, I assume? BTW guys, my potential tenant who booked the house last time now cancelled the booking cos of personal reasons. It's now up for rent again Its now installed with a full kitchen cabinets, stove and hood, with grills. This post has been edited by KeMM: Apr 15 2011, 11:26 AM |
