how do parents drop their kids at the kindi? park outside and walk into the perimeter? does it cause any inconvenience to the neighbourhood?

exactly! let's see how's the business first. from the owner's perspective, he will have a good selling point (kindi is in a G&G area and hence better security) but to the residents it's a different story all together as the privacy is compromised. let's play by ear and see the consequences of this business in the neighbourhood, and the next course of action should the situation worsens.

i wonder what is the occupancy rate in spira now? went to round the area and checked out my unit with my friend 2 days back and saw a lot of units are being put up for grab. saw there's no activity at the kindi and wonder how long it can sustain. hmm...

I believe they will live up to "delivering quality ahead of schedule" that they have been preaching on all the time
