Jeghui.., I think you can still negotiate the penalty with TTDI.. those terms and conditions are there to ensure ppl do not take things lightly. worst case you can try ask the bank to pay for you. they're late disbursing the loan, so they're liable to pay for it.
take care ya! |

I never like any of them.. even the guy on the motorcycle, wondering around the area looking for prey..
anyway I took them to build a small grille.. I wonder if they have started fabrication.. I went there today, to have a quick look. to my surprise, the main door was WIDE OPEN, and nobody attending the house. I have some stuff inside the house and I wonder maybe somebody went it and curi some already cos I didn't keep a list. Now I'm giving them warning and maybe I'll ditch them too! |

Shakeey.. I don't think the guards kautim with them. I hope not. I've chat with them several times already, and it seems that they not easily corrupted and trustworthy.. i think the guards also trust them already this is why they are around happily like nobody's business. perhaps, if somebody told the guards to be wary, they might just do so and watch their every move.
Im not going there this weekend, my car sent to workshop, major overhaul and wont be available about two weeks. anyone whos around maybe can advise the guards. if like 3-4 ppl report to guard, I believe they will take actions immediately. This post has been edited by KeMM: Mar 28 2011, 10:21 PM |

aiseh, they have to move the meter outside the compound eh? Accessibility, I don't think there will be any problem. They can check the meter, but probably have to duck / bend down a bit more to see the counter, since part of the structure might block their view.
My opnion only. |

kh 8668, they bought a house already, need a comfortable temporary home to stay until their own house completed.
Naing, quite difficult to get 2.2k for fully furnish. anyway that's my asking price. earlier I discussed with jeghui about the rental rates here in Spira trying to set at about RM2k for furnished house.. They're on LYN and subscribed to this topic ya. hehe. |

Jeghui, boley punya kita tolong menolong. Smart partnership ok. but not now lah. I'm quite busy. I saved all their numbers..
I also receive around 5-7 calls from ppl interested to buy in the area. quite interesting huh.. most of them love to view the house, and to half of them, budget is around Rm600k. Good eh? |

I believe mastermamu already considered these things and have decided the best option under the circumstances.
Sadly I don't have other units in Spira to rent out. I know at least 2 forummers now interested to rent their units. Perhaps they might contact you soon mastermamu. take care & goodluck. |

Hi Jenn, I did have some water accidentally poured onto the laminated floor. water seeps in (is this normal?) and now the area makes that squishy sound when stepped on.
