[VENT]

So, I have to ask. Am I the ONLY one experiencing server connection issues?

I connect to B-Net, it logs me on but I can't do squat, even after repeated re-logs, and even client restarts. Symptoms include being unable to load any maps, or join games (Coop, or Custom) and various screens (Achievements, Multiplayer, My own friggin Profile screen, quickmatch) not loading at all. I know IAH Games has had issues with their servers before, but seriously?

I would like to say that this happens only during peak hours, but it doesn't. I'm currently running a 1mbps stimix line, so bandwidth and latency don't seem to be an issue. Nothing seems to remedy it other than pure random chance.


edit: Even if the screens do load, the matchmaking thingy doesn't work.

As far as i know, dont see anyone who has this problem.. im connecting using my university's WIRELESS connection... and i can still play pretty well. maybe its the ISP ?

me n my frens are pretty fine...
i do drop once or twice today but it was due to the crappy 115 ip lol

Reinstalling the game seems to solve the problem for me.

err....u still can play single player rite? ..

and prompt -' failed to dl content ' from time to time?

just on your SC2 longer ...

where are you connecting from?

I'm also having problem sometimes when i'm checking on my achievement, i will got the message said achievement discoonect and connected again. Also sometimes leage ranking is not loaded.

But exit and restart the SC2 help resolve the problem sometimes. Logout seems don't help.

hm...i'm having problem of can't reconnect back after disconnect...
have to restart sc2 n everything back to normal...
got once i also can't load maps...nothing shown after click create custom game...tat was due to my laggy internet...restart sc2 n everything was fine

I can confirm that 115 ip doesn't work well with bnet, keeps on disconnecting.... try get different ip

so far 175 , 124 , 110 been okay for me

I'm using 115 ip. No problem also. It depends on which area you are from I guess. It's HELL lagging during night time for me.

my place only have 115 and 124...
same as u, i find 115 is pretty ok but i prefer 124 as 115 do spike on certain days...

How actually we can get IP not 115? I tried restarted my router few times, but keep getting 115 IP....., so damn unstable using this IP

hmm.. i do have this problem also.. but it seems to only effect my account.. i used my brother's acocunt to play, and it was fine. i called IAH games up a few times and they said they "tweaked" something in my account and asked me to change my password after 30 minutes.. but it still happens off and on.. maybe their server is being hacked..

I had this issue as well especially running on win Vista. After I reformatted my drive and re-installed Vista, don't face any of these issues anymore. Currently i am using a 2MB streamyx connection
