Usually they won't exchange new one on the spot. They will take and stress test it. If found errors then they'll give you new one.

hmm.. i don't mind getting stress test on the spot.. on the spot right. so it won't take 1 week just to test a piece of 256 ram rite. now i'm on 512 because i left out my 2 256DDR and too lazy to put it back yet including that defective 1.

Gil, I don't think it's RAM problem... If it is, usually just hang/reboot/BOSD on the spot. No graphical problems like what you encountered there... Probably your vid card. Got spare extra card or not? Or maybe your old one? Try using those and see if the problem still occurs.

RFC minimum lvl 12. Anything lower than lvl 12 it would be extremely hard to survive coz you won't be able to hit much thus killing slow. And your aggro radius would be freaking big.

It crashed twice so far. hang whole pc once. 2nd time hang at the black screen while loading up Winxp. after taking out 3 pieces of unknown 256 ram i got from US the issue of the graphic still there even on my desktop there is a little flickering.

Then i though might as well taking out the original kingston that i bought along with my system and put back 512 unknown ram. and what happened? on computer slow but nothing wrong. then go on WoW... also nothing wrong. no flickering starting, so i hearth into razorhill inn which also starts the flickering when i go in there... and suprisingly no error, no hang, no flickering at all for 1 hour.

it cannot be my video card lo coz driver also latest but i rollback already to old one and the fan on the video card is working and i nearly lost my finger if i touch nearer .

maybe since its the weekend i'll stress test my system with and without the 256ram or maybe try other slots for that rammy.
