let me start about myself first.
i dont like my hip size
i used to be fat 80++kg with 34~35' waist line in 2006-2007.
then i start play squash almost everyday and runnin to reduce my size. running seriously in 2008-mid 2009, running middistance/quarter marathon, always join those 8k~15k event.
the event i love the most was 1mile dash new year bash
in mid 2009 i shift my focus coz 59kg to thin.....so started bb aiming for 75kg. and stop running. only once in awhile do hiit or go swimming.
i followed rippetoe programme.
in march 2010 did inbody analysis.
result=
68.3kg 170cm
body fat mass 9.1kg
percent body fat 13.3%
waist hip ratio 0.84
now i weight 71.5kg waist 30~31'....my lower body quite big compared to my upper.
doing barbell squat 80kg excluding oly barbell 20kg...leg press 340kg while my incline barbell chest press 44kg only excluding oly barbell 20kg
i dont like what i see in the mirror, glute too big compared to my waist n thigh~
any exercise should i do or avoid?
