Recently joins CrossFit Pahlawan and i like it. Been workout 4 days out of 5 days in past 2-3weeks since Jun 2015.

Im started my running from zero from Aug 2008.
I have ran my 1st virgin 42km marathon on Dec 2009.
The rest is history.
Recently i find im lack of motivation on running as my next marathon is on Nov or Dec 2010.
Time to start my journal to keep me motivated.

2. Putrajaya Night Marathon 2010 - 6hrs 01mins
3. Energizer Night Race 2010 - 5hrs 45mins
4. Standard Chartered Kuala Lumpur Marathon - 5hrs 35min

5. Penang Bridge International Marathon on 21 Nov 2010 - Still un-decided to join or not as its only 2 weeks apart from SCMS (see below)
6. Standard Chartered Marathon Singapore 2010 on 6 Dec 2010 - Confirmed
Currently my training base is at Bukit Aman Car Park.
Weekend
Saturday morning - 10km double hill 6.30am
Sunday morning - LSD 20km Bukit Aman - Hartamas route 5.30am.
Even i have run a few marathon, im still learning to improve my timing.

Short distance just to warming up for tomorrow 42km The River Jungle marathon.

there will be pacemakers relay race at Tmn Metropolitan, Kepong.

Weekdays Crossfit session followed with gymnastic workouts... and track training for my running.
