Details of the complaint :
i bought it... but


i'm from army camp, the seller sent me at night, since my camp management didnt allow us to meet any visitors after 10pm, cannot check the item properly..


i'm so when check it:

the problem is

1. top case is not working :means, the sensor cant detect the light... backlit keyboard have no light... the lcd not dim..

2. it's ddr2, not ddr3 as he mention


3. its intel, not nvidia-checked edi when cod, but coz he came from midvalley, far edi, i juz accept it..


4. the charger (magsaver) is tear..its been hidden by salotape...


5.got white spot on lcd..




he sell me at rm2400.. to repair back lit, it cost me rm630.. cause of he's unresponsible seller, i dun wan to use this lappy, sakit hati edi.. i wan 2sell rm3k (rm2400 +rm630) at mudah... isit any problem with diz?

wat i should do now?

u are from the army , hunt him down and ask for refund . show no mercy army!!

U realize that its only Intel graphic instead of Nvidia 9400M but u still take it? Its a big different and i believe seller has intention to cheat u from the 1st.

return back to him

ask for refund edi, but he said if he refund juz like i borrow the lappy..

its impossible he dun know bout mac since he is Machines Midvalley Staff

Go to his shop , shout at him . Be sure to bring some of your friends . Record video/take pic . Only show your army I.d when things get out if control . I'm serious , your an army and you got conned by some student working part time at machines ?

wow.. he is machines staff? then what you waiting for mate.. u know where he is working.. he sure will dont want u to make a mess there..

for someone from the army, u sounds too nice.... you did not borrow from him, u bought from him. but it is not what promised... and with all the faulty parts, i can't see how he can reason out of this. btw.. RM630 to repair so many things? sure bor....

Rm 630 for screen only ..

jangan-jangan laptop curi.banyak sangat bende tak kena.try check the serial number.

how u know that hes's a student working part time?

It Only Backlit Problem And That Day You Already Know We Already Discount To You About This Issue This Is Not After Purchase Than You Know We Are Not Cheated You That Now You Intent To Resell It

seems the seller is at fault here , no complete details , backlid got problem also din metioned , he repaired it , its his , he can do whatever he wants to it

IMHO,

Both parties also at fault...

Buyer's fault is knowing (during COD) that it's Intel and not NVidia but still accepted it....
