QUOTE(davidgary73 @ Sep 17 2010, 03:55 PM) The beta is ONLY for Apple developers and not for users. The final release will be available in November. normal user like us can't enjoy it ?

QUOTE(xaw5126 @ Sep 17 2010, 04:38 PM) @tykenny do you understand the meaning of the word beta? it means your data n apps and everything in your iOS device is not guaranteed to keep working. beta is for developer testing. keep asking, see what happens  yes i do know the meaning of BETA, thanks u very much Added on September 17, 2010, 8:11 pmQUOTE(davidgary73 @ Sep 17 2010, 04:00 PM) No you can't. It's ONLY for Apple Developers unless you join the Apple Developers program and you're a software developer. haha. ya ~ usd 99 per year to join the program . . . QUOTE(ken_wickedboy @ Sep 18 2010, 02:25 PM) Developer here and iOS 4.2 beta is lovely. Pretty much everything that you already have on your other iDevice and pretty much everything an iPad needed badly right now! Multitasking (vital) Unified Inbox (way easier than manually juggling between 8 mailbox) Folders Wireless Print Game Center (was actually late for name grab) ya, that's y ~ can't wait for another 2 more months . . .

QUOTE(icedlink @ Nov 24 2010, 11:16 PM) @tykenny basically what you need to do now is to kick it out of recovery mode. I had the same problem, just cant update/restore the ipad at the very last like the pic you posted. and even after a few try its still like that. a good kick out will solve the problem. how to kick ? use tinyumbrella "kick out of recovery button" Added on November 25, 2010, 3:24 amQUOTE(digilife @ Nov 24 2010, 08:47 PM) tats the process of updating tat u hav to endure.........mine takes abt 30~40 mins and i dun hav much data/media/apps in my 32GB Ipad.
