Seems to me a lot user who owns iPad found that iPhone 4 is almost a replacement for it already.

iPad apps are too little to be found now

Just bought an iPad 3 days ago after sold my i4 to my brother
Any apps that can play 720p mkv files? Already tried OPlayer but the video n sound dont sync

I use Handbrake to convert files from any source to ipad compatible.. then works fine in standard ipad player.
Can also try ipad presets here but these do result in very large files (~1.5GB).

Not sure if it converts mkv though - havent tried yet. But seems to do most I've asked of it.

Edit: a quick check on the site says it does do mkv

My GPS location is very accurate as well since mine is Wifi version. Based on http://www.apple.com/ipad/specs/ seems like both Wifi and 3G model has assisted GPS

Another point that i would like to add is. Sometimes especially you are using DiGi, the signal is pretty weak on some area of your house. You cannot just stick yourself to the wall with your iPad 3G but With MiFi you can just place it on the place with the strongest signal.

My apps changes every month. Nowadays, I am using Twitterific or Tweetime a lot. Other than the "iPhone" Facebook app (still wondering when can have a better FB client for iPad).

can anyone recommend me a good apps that can help me to track things up? for my work actually, so i'll be tracking projects/assignment or documents i need from someone, meeting, things i need to do and follow up...history of the project/assignment...

if possible i would like to sync it to my pc at the office for easier reference/sharing wif my supervisor....

If you bought the DIGI Internet prepaid , it is auto activated. After cut your card, insert the card . It will take few seconds to detect, you will see signal bars and DIGI at top left corner. At settings/cellular data/apn settings  set your apn  to 3gdgnet. Read the small guide to reconfirm

Just buy reload coupon, start at rm10, IE 5 days usage. You ask the shop to topup for u or you use another DIGI line and dial from phone - read the guide is all there. Dial *123*16digit number*01 your phone no#

Thxs.... i just talk to the DiGi centre and was inform that Digi don't assist to top up for customer...
And need to insert (micro)sim card to a phone to reload

But the thing is that I need to get a converter to put the micro-sim and insert into normal phone to reload... it's kinda inconvenient...

Magazines are usually standalone apps which do not go through iBooks.  If you have ePubs you can just drag to iTunes and it will sync for you.  If you have a PDF copy of the magazine, you can view using an app like Cloudreaders (free) or Goodreader (cheap).

On the SIM pack is the number of the account (014x).  You can also reload via ATMs or online banking (M2U, CIMBclicks, etc)

@Agito666: By default you can't transfer files from your phone to iPad because it doesn't support the OBEX File Transfer Protocol. However, there are ways/methods to go about (but I'm not sure how). I think Uncle Google is your best bet.
