Another one, how we gonna know the ipad that we buy are new or used?? Coz a lot of seller said they got new open box ipad, never use just open box for checking purposed. How far can we trusted this kind of seller.... I am planning to buy an ipad.

so thats mean when we on the ipad it will show "plugin with iTunes program" right?? No matter what we do its still cant be use unless we activate the ipad right?? If the "plugin with iTunes program" didnt show up the ipad can be consider as used right??
