I just got my iPad yesterday. Can someone tell me is it compulsory to key in credit card info when setup Msia& us iTunes account? I'm not able to skip that part.

I registered on iPad but it can't be skip. There are only 4 options which are visa,master,Amex and discover. How to customize it to NONE?

anyone know how to change the language in itunes? my downloaded itunes in laptop was in mandarin words which hardly for me to understand.
