The transaction will only go through if there are sufficient funds in your account. If there is insufficient funds, your transaction will fail. Where you get such idea that it is even possible to "cheat" the system to buy something when there is insufficient funds ?

And if you use debit card allow at least a week for the transaction to be approved. If your bank is efficient , probably within 3 days

sorry. new ipad user - 16gb & 3g + wifi type. Just wanna know few thing
1) Can my ipad works without micro-sim on it?! first time unboxing iPad, directly go sync with my current iTunes; window prompt to insert sim card on ipad or else, it did not sync. anyway to bypass these step? I dont have micro-sim & i dont want to 'koyak' my current sim. Pls advise

2) Can I use some of apps i already purchased for my iPhone to be sync with iPad?
ipad to another ipad via apple store cant. But inside itunes i do before can but i recommend u dont because on iphone that app fit nicely on the screen on ipad its still the size of iphone

3) Notified some of software where you can stream video file in PC via wireless on iPad. Can anyone give me detail on this?
I think that require some special action to work
