Bought a d3100 body from shashinki last week..RM1630+3% surcharge paypal. Hoping to get it this week (today) but sad news, they refused to send the item just yet bcos it seems that the billing address and shipping address in my paypal acoount is "different" and they afraid i didnt made the order. . have to explain in a lenghty email to convince them that i made the purchase.
Last week (30 Nov) I oso bought other stuffs (lenses) using similar method (paypal) but I did received the item in just 2 days after payment..No trouble with the "different" shipping and billing address then.

Come to think of it, is it possible that they might ran out of stock for the d3100 and just want to buy some time to restock? I oso quite surprise bcos they are willing to sell body only (even throw out some freebies- 4gb card, bag). Most shops that I went to either said they didnt hav d3100 body for sale, just plainly refused to sell body only or even got no stock at all.. sigh.. d3100 is really that hot item this time of year?..

aik? which shop is that razu? maybe already restock due to christmas... fyi, i went to fotokem alamanda, bintang maju bangi only got d3100 kit.. that was few days b4 7dec la.. maybe now got stock ady.. aiseh...
1600 is quite okla for walk in.. glad i did not rugi much (just a mere RM80 with delivery) only..

i know, but these shop i went to either have "no stock" of body only or just quite hesitant to sell as body only.. keep asking me to buy kit set instead. from the way they layan me, maybe they thought i'm just getting my 1st dslr and a "newbie" (i really am) so they wanted to try and persuade me to get full set.. i went there empty handed actually.. most photog/hobbyist will carry their camera bags and stuffs and try out with their own lenses/body..
but oh well, damage is done.. payment ady made, now i just cant wait for the postman to come..hehe..

hehe.. i ady have other lenses.. that's y dunwan kitlens.. quite similar focal range some more.. unless if want to resell the lens maybe okla..
anyway, finally today i received good news..



its time to play with video now instead of photo.. full HD video here i come.

alamak.. sorry for the late reply fren.. huhu.. but i guess u ady bought it rite? have fun using it.. its a really good performer even for a basic hd video shooting (make sure u dont sway ur gear too much..)
