sigma is prices around 40-50* cheaper that the sony's

this is my 1st ff zoom, n yeah, its heavy.
Sony has nicer color but its based of old minolta design. sigma is a newer design, shorter n so called faster hsm. color may not be nice, but it can be tweaked on the camera profiles or PP. 2k difference n need a lil effort on PP, i pick sigma instead n save the cash.
reason of not going for OS is just that i dont think i need better compensation than the existing sss on my sony.
the OS version is also slightly cheaper than the G.
surprisingly the hsm drains the batt fast, but its ok since i has a bunch of batts around..
while i do have tripod, i'll just brainwash myself n take it as a workout. i hope i dont end up only 1 arm has good muscles LOL

all these reasonings might be just me
