Their photos can be found on earlier posts on this thread...as far as i know, this guy and the gf is not on any official wanted list yet. In order to really get this guy, you all cannot rely on local law enforcers (due to rampant corruption, you need to hire a lawyer and implicate this guy in court of law (which is harder to buy out), then maybe, his name will appear in some blacklists that would lead to confiscation of his passports.
