Wow i didn't realise that anyone actually played this.

Completed first season with lotus but chasing all the achievements takes up so much time

for example, winning 41 races from pole in career.. this just encourages you to play on easy up till season 3.. Too scared to try expert difficulty which basically means I have to memorise each and every track since there's no racing line to follow -.-

well...IMO you gain yourself an experience. apart from that, nothing really matters.

Well if you're a fan you'll play it no matter what. Hehe.

I didn't really look at the achievements. I just play the game normally. Hehe.

Like myself I've been playing War for Cybertron many times just for the sake of playing because I'm a big fan of Transformers.

you can trick expert difficulty achievement. set the expert difficulty at the start of your new season. then at each session, make sure to turn on all the assist that you need after you leave the pit (TCS, ABS, braking line, etc.). make sure to turn back all the assist off before you entering the pit (in practice & qualifying), and make sure you turn off all the assist right before you cross the checkered flag.

the trick is to avoid the game knowing you changed the assist before the game autosave itself.

I would say that I'm more a fan of codemasters' racing games rather than just F1 per say, games like dirt and grid, you can just pick up and play without having to memorise a track to the pixel. F12010 is definitely a larger time investment than their previous games.

Haha just finished season 1. Have to drive for Virgin Racing coz other teams have withdrawn their offer becoz i performed badly during last few races. Huhu

Still playing this? Lol... I finished 3 seasons thus far - first with Lotus, then McLaren then Redbull.

I chose to play 3 seasons, so now I have to start new career.

Back again Lotus and I have been playing around with 0 driving assists and it has been a real challenge. Those 3 seasons I played was just sitting back, relaxing and enjoying the wins...

Still can't seem to handle with no traction control aid.

I just bought this game and just finished 1st season. 2nd season is with Red Bull now.

Monaco was so tough even with all the assist on. I only managed 24th position. Love the dinding....

Just try messing around with the setups - makes a big difference for a track like monaco. There are quite a few more online, you just have to look. Took me quite a while but i managed pole and 1st with one of the random setups i got off the internet.
