gps with or without data usage is the same for me. Google maps (using data) and copilot(without date usage). Gps signal takes about 30 secs to lock on. No difference

I found out if u use mobile internet while laying ur phone on a steel table ie.coffee bean type table, the screen will flicker alot..after taking it up with my hand, the flicker immediately stop.i suspect out interfere with metal

I bought the Zagg Samsung I9000 Galaxy S Full Body Maximum Coverage recently and put on my SGS. My advise is stay away from this SP as texture is sticky and dam difficult to apply.

And the size is not 100% fit. When apply you need to stretch the SP until it reach the edge of the screen.

Just my friendly comments. now i need to look for a better screen protector for my SGS.

Ya, for example if I am in homescreen number 7, after i exited programs using the back button.
It just feels more ergonomic to move back to homescreen 1, by continuing to press/long press the back button, instead of moving my thumb over to the home button.

It's just a matter of preference, cause long press the back doesn't really have any use at the moment.

guy i seem like having problem with on click root ...
the step i follow :
1. Download: 2.1 update.zip (Superuser 2.3.2.1) or Old 2.1 Update .zip (try this if new doesn't work)
2. Put update.zip to root of /sdcard (not /sdcard/sd) (not on the physical SD card but the Internal SD card/Phone Memory)
3. Turn off phone
4. Hold down volume up + home button + power (tip: release the power button for half a second when you see the samsung logo)
5. Phone will reboot into recovery mode
6. Wait until you see the Recovery Screen and then release the buttons
7. With the volume down key go to the option: "apply: /sdcard/update.zip"
8. Press the home button
9. Phone will start updating
10. Phone reboots... and there you go! your phone is rooted!

but when reach step 8, msg show files not found, but when i use astro, the files is there with extension ... can anyone help ?
