Download that, then go to settings and add it to your input method, after that, when you go to a textbox and want to type in mandarin, long press the textbox and change input method to google IME.

guys...how to install apk to SGS...just drop into internal SD or need installer apps?...never done it before..hehe

You need installer, go to market and download. And it is drop to SD card as well. Please read earlier posts or do a search in V1 and V2 before posting here thanks.

Actually can la, but an installer will show you the icon and all that.
And it auto scans your SDcard for any apks, it just makes things easier without having to do file exploring.

Yes that's right, you can do that too. Once you have many apks then an installer will make it simpler.

Yes, you can do that, besides, they send it back to customer care anyway.
So why not you just send it back if it's near you.

i have searched, gathered & compiled some touchwiz features:
can put on the first page if u find it useful.

- Wifi,silent,vibration and bluetooth toggles in the notification area
- can edit how many home screen you want (on Homescreen, press Menu - press + to add Homescreen or - to delete Homescreen
- Uninstall applications just by tapping them on "edit mode"
- Docked icons on the homescreen
- A swipe to the right on a name in the phonebook will call the contact
- A swipe to the left on a name in the phonebook will start the new message interface
-Hold BACK and pres HOME key to make a screenshot (on certain firmware)
- You can add your contacts to the home screen
- adjust the screen brightness by horizontally swiping in the notification area
- In the contacts list, drag your fingers through the alphabets list to the right. Then while still touching it, move your fingers slightly to the left. The phone will start searching for the 2nd letter in the same alphabet list.
- touching a dot on both the home screens and the applications view screens takes you directly to the page
- In camera application & Video player power button function as 'locks' button
When listening to music if you hold the volume up key down it will tell you what you are listening to, if you hold volume down it will mute what you are listening to.
- briefly shows date when you touch & hold at the notification area bar.
