I choose maybank because maybank2u is quite convenient for the for people now.
You *DO* realize that you cannot use maybank2u with your company's current account right? It's only for personal accounts. Not only that, IINM people cannot transfer money to your company's current account using maybank2u. They can only transfer to other personal accounts.
If you log in to maybank2u, there are lots of "payee corporations", the part where you pay water/telephone/assessment/etc bills. To register as one of these, you need a maybank2u.net account. This *IS* for businesses who want to accept payments online. Unlike maybank2u where transferring money to another account is free, there are charges associated with each transaction. On the plus side, you will get more info (iif you ask people to deposit money into your bank account, and you get 20x RM50 deposits, from 25 different customers, how do you know which customer has paid and which have not).
You will have to negotiate this rate (it's a %, about the same, or slightly lower than the rate charged by banks for you to accept credit cards on your website). On the good news side, if you don't already have a maybank current account, you need not worry. The maybank2u.net rep you talk to will help you set this up. IINM it takes about 1 to 2 months to set up. Comparable to the time taken to set up an account to accept credit card payments online, which is handled by a different dept on a different floor at Menara Maybank.
Most people just open a personal maybank2u account, and ask their customers to transfer money there.
