no...2day off...2morrow noon...gila shift...2day dare not sleep until now...so its like 48 hours of no sleep...if i sleep this morning after my night shift, i'll be awake until tomorrow edi...zzz...oh ya....the salary is lower thn expected sia...=(

cant demand too much though...sales is meant to be low basic but commission high. its 1.5k basic =( but dunno if got claim claim or not la. If got thn safe a bit. if i sleep after i come home at 8 am, tonight i no need sleep edi for tomorrow's noon shift.

tonight sleep earlier la...maybe 2 am...hehehe....my eyes drying up like mad edi....=X Biasa edi sometimes no sleep like tht.

My company is asking me to stay....but they keep giving me words that they will change this and change that....I want to believe. I am only staying because Ive contributed so much to that place. The department was my work with my other colleagues. What we established for months, is there.

But who gets the recognition...other people. I cannot stay with just 1.4K a month in my bank. Heck, I don't wanna end up renting a room at the age of 26-28. I want to start buying my own property and live in it. Yet when I gave them my words that I want to see myself growing, I want to start management, not just operation. I've learned more than your current manager. I know more things than him. But who gets the recognition? Not me.

I know its the real world. But when you want me to stay and say that I should give them time to change this and that, I've waited for 7 months....the first month I came in, already there are signs that things need to be done. A capable manager left, so capable and famous that the minute she left, the whole KL hotel knows. Yet they never do shit. It was me and my team that did what she left.

When other people leave, they never question. Only when I left, others followed. I have my own legacy there. Yet now they want me to stay without giving me what I want to stay for. Other places, are nice, yes, pay is good and so on. But I stayed because it was my team that I taught them to hold on. I taught 2 juniors and now they're standing up on their own.

I did tell them that Im not getting enough. I did things for them because they lack of staff last time. Now? Its like a norm. What shit is that? The managersssss and the director...the COO the HR...heck, almost the whole hotel asked me to stay. Maybe that's my legacy. But...no...they did not give me something that makes me stay...only words...WORDS. They said they wanna change this. Heck, the minute I know something was wrong, when I say change, I immediately do it. What attitude is this leadership to begin with? When I taught my junior to talk, I really make them talk. I told them there's nothing to be shy. Just do it because you are educating others. I trained leadership and self confidence.

I really want to stay, but what are words for? I don't wanna be fooled TWICE. I tried asking them, is there any management training skill? Let me do it. I will show you that I am capable more than what you see. I don't brag. I speak with confidence. But....i dunno la...it's bugging my mind really...Im sharing it here cuz at least you guys can tell me your difference in tackling this problem

I am doing myself a good. So be it if others don't. They want my expertise, make it worth. But, I've been doing different jobs since the past. Employers are looking at my resume thinking im jumping. I did jobs even before i graduated. Just so that I can teach others if they dunno this and that. I trained new staffs, and I get nothing.

Ur first sentence was what Ive been doing. I learnt things they dun even give 2 fcks about, and now since im the only one who knows this and that leaving, their balls shook like mad. I wanna leave, but its my colleagues that im leaving behind. I wanna work there cuz I wanna start building a future already. I have my own investment in Prudential and Unit Trusts, but its not enough for me. I want to be better every step I take. Even my juniors already say they'll leave if I leave. Aih....really....dilemma....i want to hear them giving me something that makes me stay....not words. They are not like me...I am a man of my words, when I say, I'll do.
