Commis I II and III u suffer a lot. Max from lowest will be 1.2k, 1.4k 1.6k. Then demi chef prolly 2K paling teruk. Sous roughly same. Rotisier and patisier are specialized chef. Rotisier=roasting expert. patisier=pastries. Pastries can earn quite good. roasting chefs, depending on ur place/restaurant. Experts usually 2.5-3k. =)

Hotel is like tht...until u reach management level, thn ur pay is like double fold every rank u go up. Like in Hilton, Front Office manager 15K a month.

yea....Hilton is like tht...once u step into managerial level...u'll be laughing at the benjamins u get. its really 15K a month for Hilton's FOM. Executive Chef is like....FOM also lor...if not higher by 2-3K....but chef is one fcking tough job. U will kena ragging like Gordon Ramsay only...
