Last month I have a look, the main entrance seems like changing abit, they no longer use wood as "blocker" by replacing barrier gate. Does it going to implement card access system? haha...I hope so...
Btw, anyone knows ceiling height of 1000 sq ft unit??

I hope they implement the card access system also but I don't think so as owner will get the car park sticker from management. Now Motorcycle also need to purchase the sticker as well.

The ceiling height for 3 room apartment is about 10ft +

Aiya, then troublesome and wasting money Need to pay yearly... And sometimes guards may miss out, for those outsiders may have chances entry our area or occupied our car parks? So far you know our management strict enough or not?
