coz I'm the example lo... I use to have serious acne problem and I did went a lot of specialist but it din really help.. the cause of my acne is because of the dirty blood in my body so my bro suggest me to donate blood lo..

after I have done the blood donation and I take care of the food that I take then my skin improve a lot..

is a long long story, I dunno how to tell the story

My mom nagged me during my teenage years and get me to clean my face from oils everytime I bath.

Nowadays, if I never cleanse my face with cleanser for one day, my skin is very dry like an old man....

I went for facial before and the beautician told me my major problem is dry skin, and do facial also may not solve the problem temporarily

of food is McD or Dominos delivery....especially at those places where you can't even get a decent chicken rice... like Cyberjaya.
