anyway for face, dun need to waste so much money for skin care center la.. U need to take care of ur food and can try to donate ur blood as well..It helps

The reason I ask u go to donate ur blood this is to clear the old blood so that ur body can create new blood, once the new blood been produce it will help to improve ur skin condition..

Food:
Dont take much spicy food, oily food & fried items, eat more vege, fruits and do more exercise..

coz I'm the example lo... I use to have serious acne problem and I did went a lot of specialist but it din really help.. the cause of my acne is because of the dirty blood in my body so my bro suggest me to donate blood lo..

after I have done the blood donation and I take care of the food that I take then my skin improve a lot..

is a long long story, I dunno how to tell the story
