U can read through the thread there has been extensive discussion on normal mail ie parcels getting lost and it's not trackable. And my recent one (and definitely last one) using normal mail arrived after 4 weeks of despatch. The problem is how much confidence u have in pos Malaysia. Sommore normal mail to apartments and flats are more exposed to risk of being taken away by others etc.
My preference is on ups all the way. |

QUOTE(linkinstreet @ Nov 10 2010, 10:21 AM) Umbro stores unlikely to have local kits on sale. Try Q-Line at Pertama Complex (see first page for number). If you are in Kota Bahru you can even go to the clubstore to get your Kelantan kits.Anyway choices are limited only. Other than that better advised to join regular bulks hosted on the respective fan forums. This post has been edited by chcher: Nov 10 2010, 11:25 AM |

That is a special patch worn by both to promote their Iberian joint bid for the 2018 world cup.

lil_fuzz, answer is on posts #4 in the first page.
"Letters/Numbers are in black or white colours. Navy & Red NNs depend on stock availability and are ordered and sold as sets (not individually like black and white). Locally each EPL letter costs RM6 per letter and RM35 per number..." epl patch iianm is RM59.00 a pair. Call them to confirm (number on first page). |

if items bought from ALI, then no extra charge for application there by their staff.

yup maybe you can share some pics. But bobbles sometimes appear on freshly printed shirts, and also sometimes the NNs also will "kemek" abit cos of the heat and pressure applied. Just go back and iron he patch / nns again it should be alright. I print my shirts at ALI every other week so no problems there, though having said that no one can discard human error altogether.
As for the tear, may not be easy to claim unless u can show that it was done by the staff. Cos they may well claim (and to be fair to them this could be the case) that it was already nicked before sending to them. Hence always check stuffs before printing. |

The terms should be clear . ori means originally licensed nns sold by clubs to generate income for the club. Fake means fake. There r licensed and unlicensed repros as well. Again unlicensed repros are fakes.
The not-so-harsh term would be that they are DIY nns. There are some "grey area" especially for old nns which were not available commercially to the pubLic at all even in the old days. S the only resort is to get DIYs if one wants to complete his kit. Whether to apply it to heather is entirely the individual's choice. As long as u don sell them later with a false description ie claiming the nns on a shirt to be original when they are DIYs. Sobs sure to use the correct terms to describe so as not to be misleading. |

Likely, but nothing is certain nowadays. There were rumours of a change even last year.
So to be safe better get them now, but if really cant then no choice. If there is a change, the situation will be akin to difficulty in obtaining old EPL nns currently and slowly but surely prices will go up later. |

share the pics of the inner tags etc and members will verify for you. Most of us here do not openly discuss the "list" of things to check less it be misused.
anyway there is no such list of differences. they are all based on observations by members sharing their views here. |

it is for obvious reason why they are not discussed that openly especially to unfamiliar members. No discrimination or anything. It is just to safeguard interest of genuine collectors at large. If you really are keen to learn do get the pics from your frens and everyone can see and comment and share. Thats how the knowledge base expands and every one learns in the process.
And even if what the sellers tell your friend is true, that is a criminal offence and you are obliged to inform the authorities or u can PM me and I will forward the info to the relevant authorities. It is practices like these (smugglers, fakers etc) that are not condoned by collectors. |

mate what did u buy? if it is two items unlikely it is taxed. anyway if ur total value of items is below gbp80 should be fine.
and i am guessing u used the free delivery? my one and only experience with the KB normal mail free delivery took 7 weeks to arrive. that will be my last time using it and since have stuck to my loyal UPS although i got taxed for the very first time last week hm. if it is this method then ur only choice is to wait or to lodge a claim with KB after 25 working days from date of despatch which they will then process ur claim and refund u. |

hm thats the same delivery mate. Anyway my advise is for you to opt for ups for future purchases.
Anyway first thing u should do is towrite to KB customer service (the email in their confirmation email to u) - they will reply in 24 - 48 hours to tell you how long to wait before lodging claim etc. like i said, i recall it being 25 working days, but i may be wrong on the exact days so do email them to be certain. |

agree. I even went to the extent of writing to them to confirm availability before continuing with my purchase. So if anything happens I can at least bite back.
But its not only about printing sadly. I had a bad experience when i ordered 2 barca shirts (home and away) and another i cant remember what shirt. Opted UPS so tot would be getting it quick. 1 month passed and status still picking so i emailed them. Then only they replied saying no stock for away (for my size) so the order will be on hold until January 2011 (this was late september 2010) unless i want to alter my order. And altering order only means (1) cancel the barca shirt and sending the other 2 shirts; or (2) cancel whole order. They wont allow replacement of another order of identical value even - so ended have to "waste" 1 lot for shipping 2 shirts via UPS. after taht i wrote a lenghthy letter which was not responded to. why allow the selection when there is no stock? and not informing buyers straight away - thats dishonest to say the least. so sometimes now i will first email them to confirm availability. |
