Would't put them as downright stupid. That's very harsh. They are just lacking in product knowledge which could be down to the substandard training given by Management (or actually no training at all).

The same applies to the Nike & Adidas staffs, most of them are equally clueless especially those SPM school leavers who work part-time while waiting for results.

I would be grateful if they could just show a little seriousness in what they are doing no matter how insignificant. It's still a job for goodness sake. Most of them are just motivated by the pocket money they are going to receive at the end of the month sadly.

The strip of hologram on the AUTHENTIC patch looks suspiciously like a strip of silver stitching to me. I've also noticed that the close up of the polyester material looks different to the original ones as well...

I'm not sure about this...maybe the other experts can verify it better than me here, but it looks like a knock-off to me..
