The thing is, many people do not know the bad effects of buying fake jersey..i remember jerseyman saying that those who are actually in the business of making fake jersey, abuse the worker who are tasked of making the jersey (or something like that, sorry jerseyman, cant remember) but its along those lines..they dont get paid as they should n its sort of an illegal labour work making fake jerseys..
*
I agree with most of your comments. But big corporations like adidas and nike are also famous for notoriously abusing the human rights of their workers in third world countries. hmm.gif

Please beware! At mudah, there is a seller selling 'original' latest season jerseys complete with 'official' EPL NNs and 'original' EPL patches at RM130. Too good to be true. And the pictures have the background of cheap pirate jerseys shop. I emailed the seller and asked him whether his jerseys are really original or just the 'so-called ori grade' jerseys (just to get more info). But he insists that his jerseys are original and he is also selling siam grade A jerseys at RM60.

I really hate this kind of seller. mad.gif vmad.gif

bro..i just received my shirt with NN's from Kitbag and everything was perfect..just wanna ask u..were all the NN's u got were under the 'Hero Printing' promotion? i got NN's that were not under the promotion..so they had to get it done after it was ordered..could it be the shirts under the 'Hero Printing' promotion got flaws or rejected? Maybe? just my guess.. well..if anyone out there who bought a shirt under the promo, come and tell us how was the NN's was, we could get it a better view? 'Hero Promoting' shirt is more cheaper btw..

Yeah... I have came across a few fake jersey sellers who claimed that they got their stocks from Al-Ikhsan supplier. It's like a recycled story nowadays. tongue.gif

what do u mean sudah tukar bro..??..you think i'm playing with word is it..i tell u what, is better to just meet me and you decide it for yourself..no point i write so many words here..

and btw, since many of you might want to know the different between ori or not, look at the badges and patches..i've seen both, so far, i haven't see any fakes jersey with detailed patches, hopes that helps..
*
You keep changing your stories everytime you kantoi. How could people believe you?

And I think there is no point to meet up since you have only that Real Madrid away jersey for reference. You should have ready stock first, i.e. other shirts that you are selling so that people can verify whether you are a genuine seller.

I am staying in Kuala Lumpur
Lets say I bought RM500 of shirts from Kitbag (express delivery)
how much is the tax?
where is the custom dept?
how do I know? the custom will contact me?
what actually happen?

Thanks
*
Total tax is 32%. So, let's say CIF value is RM500, you will be taxed RM160. The customs department in-charge is located at KLIA. Since you are using express delivery (UPS), if you got taxed, the UPS agents will contact you to inform it and want you to authorise them as your agents to liaise with customs officers.
After the clearance, you need to pay the customs tax to UPS despatch during delivery. I'm not sure about the service charges for UPS agents because I have no experience with them yet, only with Pos Malaysia before.

Although the first pic is quite blur, I can say that the barcode does not tally with he washing tag's code.
And there is a similarity between yours and fake jersey code:

The Manchester United home shirt is fake. Take a look at the sizing info also can tell.
So, Rm180 for a fake shirt? That's totally a rip-off mad.gif
*
Yeah... Most of the fake jersey sellers sell the so-called 'ori grade' at RM90 each and I believe they got profit about RM30-40 per shirt. But selling them at RM180, how much profit now? Do the math... hmm.gif

First you said, you don't have the stock. All the shirts are with your cousin in Johor. And the pictures of Manchester United home shirt are from him. Now suddenly, you have that shirt and bring it to ALI to be scanned.

I don't want to elaborate more. I'm just sick and tired with your everchanging story. Enough said.

does this means no more tax on football jerseys?  hmm.gif  hmm.gif

QUOTE(schmeichel7 @ Oct 16 2010, 02:48 PM)
I'm not 100% sure because they didn't state clearly that football jerseys will be exempted from tax.
*
HS Code 6109.10.000 - T-shirts, singlets & other vests, knitted or crocheted of cotton
HS Code 6109.90.000 - T-shirts, singlets & other vests, knitted or crocheted of other textile materials

Based on my customs form, jersey falls under code 6109.10.000. There is no specific code for jersey. So, if government have decided that above codes will be exempted from tax, then we don't have to be worry about import duty and sales tax anymore. Just wait and see. sweat.gif

------------------
I just checked at http://tariff.customs.gov.my/. There are no import duties for both codes now. But the sales taxes are still 10%.

If i remember correctly this issue was discussed briefly before, where it is said clothing is exempted tax. However jerseys are classes as sporting apparel...

don't take my words for it though, but i remember there is such discussions and that is what comes out from the discussion that i read.
*
Hmmm... I tried to look for tariff code of sporting apparels, but couldn't find it. But the previous 20% import duty imposed to jersey is under shirts category, based on my customs form.

By the way, sports footwear's import duty also 0% now. Previously, it was 25%.

I joined this thread after I was conned by a fake jersey seller. Thanks to the taikos here, now I have better knowledge about original jerseys especially Manchester United's. I can say that they are experienced enough to differentiate the fake jerseys from the original ones.

Oh, regarding my experience, that fake seller was always changing his stories and gave excuses after excuses even though I gave him concrete proofs that the jerseys he sold to me were fake. And I can see similarity here... rolleyes.gif
