Hi bro, sorry, i didn't try to buy from Sportdirect through online before because of the shipping cost, i believe they might not accept credit/debit card from countries other than within EU or so?

doesnt matter where it is from. all foreign goods for shirts above rm500 will be taxed.

Anybody knows what to do if your jersey's PU NN is starting to crack?

barca kits use PU NNs...

Just went to LOT 10 bukit bintang. Last season jerseys 50% discount. I saw a few away liverpool, 3rd man utd, home and away juventus. Still got other club n country jerseys but forgot adi.

Yes its applicable for all jerseys you buy no matter which merchant you buy from. As long as it is sent into Malaysia, the customs will check it and that's where the RM500 guide applies.

meaning the original player NN's as from Sipesa or? wondering if I can trust Kitbag to print the shirt using Sipesa NN's.

also, any experts here on the sizing for the shirt compared to the older Barca shirt? in specific, the away shirt for 08/09 compared to the current mint coloured shirt. how about the collar size? is it wider?

nope, still picking. Called Customer service last night, it is due to one of my orders, the NN is not in stock. blardy fools, if not in stock then u should at least email the customer as to what to do, to refund or sth. Typical kitbag with their silence, only offer alternatives when u contacted them. Told me dont know when it will be in stock, yet dont inform me earlier. What, if it takes 1 month for it to arrive, they gonna leave me hanging for 1 month? So i told them to send it plain, lets see how long they are gonna process that and ship the items out.

same thing with my Australia printing a few months back, waited for so long, before i contacted them and said the same thing: printing not in stock.

So these are the reasons as to why not to buy shirt with printing from Kitbag:
1. terrible printing record, dozens of mistakes from members from LYN and My-FJC. So just imagine the number of errors globally.
2. IF its not in stock, your item will be on hold without any notice, without any alternatives or without any updates on the date of stock. I have a feeling this is bordering infringement of customer's rights.

Sometimes these trouble are really not worth it, even when the printing is like GBP5 or free printing.

agree. I even went to the extent of writing to them to confirm availability before continuing with my purchase. So if anything happens I can at least bite back.

But its not only about printing sadly. I had a bad experience when i ordered 2 barca shirts (home and away) and another i cant remember what shirt. Opted UPS so tot would be getting it quick. 1 month passed and status still picking so i emailed them. Then only they replied saying no stock for away (for my size) so the order will be on hold until January 2011 (this was late september 2010) unless i want to alter my order. And altering order only means (1) cancel the barca shirt and sending the other 2 shirts; or (2) cancel whole order. They wont allow replacement of another order of identical value even - so ended have to "waste" 1 lot for shipping 2 shirts via UPS.

after taht i wrote a lenghthy letter which was not responded to.

why allow the selection when there is no stock? and not informing buyers straight away - thats dishonest to say the least.

so sometimes now i will first email them to confirm availability.

Yup I agree that they take their time to respond to emails. One other method would be to contact them directly on facebook, I noticed that their response there is pretty quick.

anyone here face a problem with paypal before?

my paypal account has been frozen coz there's an anonymous activity with my account. so they asked me to enter new password, update my account and utility bill as proof of address. but since im still living with my family, my utility bills has my late grandfather's name on.

after i sent my utility bills, they asked me to update my password and account, again. i did it, but no response. what should i do?
