"Letters/Numbers are in black or white colours. Navy & Red NNs depend on stock availability and are ordered and sold as sets (not individually like black and white).
Locally each EPL letter costs RM6 per letter and RM35 per number..."

epl patch iianm is RM59.00 a pair. Call them to confirm (number on first page).

For spelling of players' names, always make sure you tell them how it's spelt, esp for those with complicated spelling, apostrophe's, etc etc. You can't really expect them to know every player's spelling, esp names from yesteryears.

As for product knowledge, well I guess it's the same everywhere, be it at Adidas, Nike, RSH, Al-Ikhsan, etc etc. Not all will take the initiative to go beyond what is taught/trained, and will only tell you the basic information. Always better to refer to trustable forums to get the really specific info that you need, be it sizing, cutting, or any other matters. I'm sure the better forummers will assist you in any way possible.

The NNs size and font for last season and the season before are the same with the current one. They've been using it for 3 season until today.

You can use the same nameset for the home jersey on the black away shirt.

But I'm not sure if Alikhsan and Real One still has them or not.

Just wondering you are looking for UCL or BPL NNs?

If its BPL, the NNs are started to use from season 07/08 until now, that is a total of 4 seasons. Its believe they will use a new style starting from next season

If its UCL, the white colour NNs for man utd are started to use from season 08/09 on home and third, season 09/10 on home and away, lastly on home and 3rd for current season

Saw the Man Utd kick off jersey at ALI Sunway Pyramid. Its RM149 IINM.

New Spain away jersey release in Paris. Euro 75. Is white in color. Same template to previous one.

Opps sorry didn't mention.
Was looking for the BPL NN's Sencilia one =D

RM jersey from kitbag - they don't come with LFP patch, do they?

@joonwei23 - I'm pretty sure ALI has the 0809 Champs, plus the 0711 BPL NNs. Call and confirm with numbers on the first page.

@kikurazz - replica RM shirts come with the LFP patch, but it's the smaller embroidery type though.

Today at al-ikhsan i saw the Arsenal 2010-2011 kick off version, also priced at RM149:



It is also Made in China. There's not much difference between the kick off version with the replica one. Except that it uses different material and there is no huge red cuffs near the end of the sleeves.

Basically the man utd kick off version has V neck and the white stripe near the sleeves is plain and empty:
