No. Who said so. There are still things that can tell if a jersey is real or not. What I said earlier is that the fakers are getting better and better.

I'm not going to disclose everything here. Too much info is bad nowadays. The fakers have taken advantage from this.

There are still some elements that can help to tell if a jersey is fake or not.

yup agree with Faiz, it is with regret that a lot of us here are reluctant to share more due to the fact that fakers are misusing all info here for personal benefits. though we would still all try our best to verify the shirts if pics posted here.

To add on to what Faiz mentioned earlier, I cant say much if someone sells AAA shirts at AAA prices (although it is still illegal!) but it is worst when one sells AAA shirts at ori prices and passing off the same as ori!this is cheating.

IMO, most of the normal info can be easily obtained by the fakers from the factory respectively, nothing secret at all, an original shirt can be bought anywhere by them and simply imitate the features on it. Unless you tell me that Nike and Adidas, etc have some high-tech security features incorporated into their shirt such as those imprint, watermark, latent image, fluorescence, intaglio, security thread, etc which i known nothing. Hence, we will only suffer to differentiate an ori shirt with a fake shirt by using our nake eyes, its getting harder and harder nowadays, sigh....

re lit_ching, i share your sentiments to an extent, but what the fakers will be able to copy is just wat they see outside - sometimes no need hightech security etc, sometimes there will still be noticeable differences whcih the fakers will not do (since they mass produce) which can be sighted by fellow JCs here, those are the "tricks" one obtain and learn from each other. Sadly these can no longer be shared as freely here, if not it will make what already is a nightmare task harder.....

Actually.. the nike PI (player issue) jersey does not come with washing tags inside the jersey, but printed washing instructions. This is how it looks like:

user posted image

These PI shirts are not meant to be sold to the public and was only meant to be supplied by nike to the team's kit man. If they were sold, normally they are by means not through public manner (like how normal replica jerseys are sold in stores).

The ones that are sold to the public like the one you bought (brazil black pearl) are not 100% PI specs. You could say 95% only. 5% lacks due to the washing tag that exists inside the jersey (like what normal replica jerseys have) when actually the PI kits only have printed washing instructions inside it.

It is a way to differentiate with the ones you can buy and the actual PI kits.

i still think it should be referred to not as PI as it would be misleading - these shirts (with washing tag) are not issued to players - the players' version has imprinted instrucitons.

these are more like match specification shirts with minor differences (in this case the washing tag) to diffferentaite with the real PIs.

Of cos these are semantics. At least this is also one measure to ensure these match specs are not "modified" and sold as match worn / mathc prepared.

Last time it was very easy to differentiate a fake jersey and an authentic jersey by it's barcode sticker and style code.

Now.. one thing that I am still relieve is that these fakes still don't come in XXL or XXXL. But it might be temporarily only...

From what I've seen since last 2 seasons.. the fakers have gone one step front by imitating the barcode sticker and inner tags. This is very easy to them nowadays because... blame it both on Nike and adidas themselves. Why? Because they both outsourced their factories producing original replica jerseys at Thailand and China.

Authentic Man United's 09-10 away and goalkeeper shirts are all made in Thailand. Authentic World Cup Japan home shirt is Made in Thailand. Liverpool's jerseys are Made in China.

This has opened a window of opportunity for these fakers to produce these so called grade AAA fakes. And thanks to people who really don't bother at all to save money and buy them. I really don't care if they want to buy these fakes because it's their own money. But you're encouraging these fakers and making others who are interested to get the real stuff, our lives even harder.

The fakers now have produced a barcode sticker using one sample. For adidas, they imitated Real Madrid's away while for nike, they imitated Barcelona's home....

And also to add to what kaka_89 said about being sub-vendor to al-ikhsan.. They only get the stocks directly from adidas and nike. No such thing as sub vendor. The supplier's regional HQ is at Hong Kong. Distribution goes to ASEAN region of philippines, brunei, vietnam, singapore, thailand, indonesia and malaysia. What you see here are the same elsewhere at other ASEAN countries. I've confirmed this with one of the senior employees at al-ikhsan.
*
to be exact the guy is actually deals with al-ikhsan..maybe is my fault when i just assume that he is a sub-vendor for al-ikhsan..but it certain now, he say that the stock were taken from singapore and their warehouse is somewhere in jb..

i can't reveal more on the info of from where is the source, because i may jeopardize someone career...

for me a PI still define like the classic time where the shirt was issued on match day for player but unworn or worn but washed. Truly a PI.

you just can't bought a PI massively. Its a sin to be call a PI.

I'll define it as another P2R...off course with a few grading higher quality replica compare to common replica or what ever replica grade it is.

its even more confusing now.

And since you yourself say that it might "jeopardise someone's career" does it mean the stocks are taken illegally from legitimate source and resold out for profit? If so this is as good as stealing. but then again this is just my assumption, i stand corrected.

would still need to view the shirt to be sure.

what do u mean sudah tukar bro..??..you think i'm playing with word is it..i tell u what, is better to just meet me and you decide it for yourself..no point i write so many words here..

and btw, since many of you might want to know the different between ori or not, look at the badges and patches..i've seen both, so far, i haven't see any fakes jersey with detailed patches, hopes that helps..
