Philips LCD TV.
Because it is a Dutch electronic brand and i like Philips.

you might like to check this with Sharp, but I believe they have a 2-year insurance you can claim in case of lightning damage or breakage

check one of the thread here start by kevin66 about the sharp LCD (or LED) TV.
you'll see after page 15/16, they discussing about the "failure" of sharp's TV, haha.............

For me, just trust your own eyes, and budget of course!

Big corporate leaders are watching this thread and ppl at the R&D department are waiting to get their heads chopped off based on the polls..haha

Sharp all the way...mine is umm 3 years already i think.

As what AjkR06 said, trust with your own eyes. Most people only have one TV at home anyway and they'll surely say their own TV is good.

I will choose Sharp.

Plasma = Panasonic, LCD = Sharp

and i dont own panny at home as someone say...
why?panny have good warranty package

Buy the cheapest your budget can afford. These babies out grow themselves so fast! My 2 years old panel is already so ancient!

Right now I think samsung has the best bang for the buck!

Samsung is over priced for LCDs

this mean the poll choosing between brand? if led lcd i like sharp look cools but it will be easier to choose between models la but for lcd i still choose panny. both brand also i like at home i have two pannys lcd and sharp fridge and airconds lulz.

I just bought Sharp 40" Full HD, most shops told me Sharp is better than Panasonic as its panel is from Japan.
