i tink this is the best place to ask my question

guys, wanted to ask..im plannin to start gym-ing to lose weight..wat are the way to lose fats without harming one-self? and is losing 20 kg in 2-3 months consider healthy? O_o

wat is consider fit or near-to-fit for a 180cm tall guy? smile.gif

wanna set my aim this march and work my way to that weight! cant maintain this fat for the rest of my life biggrin.gif
