Wanna ask if anyone can tell me how to start losing weight for my wedding photo taking in March 2012?
I'm 25 this year, 171cm, 66kg... my weigh has been yoyo-ing for the past 5 years, from 63 to 72kg... Now, at +-66kg since CNY...
During my uni life, i jog 3 times a week - at slow pace, 4km in 30 minutes. Everytime i will jog at least 4km. i only jog, no weight training. After graduated in 2009, started working and stop exercising - totally...
Like any other gals, i'm not satisfied with my flabby arm, huge tights, fleshy backside and tummy
For my diet, my breakfast quite regular - oat or bread with powdered milk (nespray)
Lunch - oat or normal servings of economy rice or maggie mee
Dinner - fast food forthnightly, economy rice/zi char every night. Sometimes might skip if not enough time to eat.
So, my target is to weigh maximum 60kg by March 2012. Smaller tummy, arm, tights, backside.
I'm not sure if i can do HITT coz my osteoarthritis... my knee joints have cracking sound due to insufficient liquids - currently taking glucosamine.

You have quite some time so thats good,take it easy and start with slow jogs.
Then try to take up low impact sports such as cycling, bowling, golfing, sailing, swimming and scuba diving.
You should also try some classes like yoga,aerobics or dance.
