hey hey everyone ^^

I kinda have a prob with losing weight. I'm not fat, but i would love to ditch the excess fat off my body. Right now I'm 161 cm weighing at 51kg but even at this weight I kinda have a double chin and spare tire. T_T my target weight would be 45kg but I don't quite know how to get there.

I dont really get to move around much at the office but I do play badminton 2-4 hours on a weekly basis.
my general eating pattern is something like this :-

Breakfast: 2 pcs of high fibre crackers with cheese and a cup of milo / milk and cereal

Lunch: veggies / proper meal +fruit juice

dinner : veggies / proper meal + fruit juice

^^ If I eat veggies only for lunch, I'd eat a normal meal ( eg, rice + side dishes, noodles ... etc) for dinner and vise versa. I don't normally snack inbetween, but sometimes during tea time I'd have a cup of vico.

: ( can anyone help me? I know I eat much less than people way thinner than me + I exercise too so i don't really know what's my prob... >_< some of my friends are advicing me to quit badminton and go gym a few times a week but I honestly .. rather not. Would u guys suggest to change something in my diet or perhaps lilfestyle? *_* sometimes I feel like i wanna try those weight lost pill/juice thingys like S.I.Y... what do u guys think abt that sorta product? just a gimmick or perhaps might help me? D: thx in advance biggrin.gif

oh, I didn't realize 2-4 hours of badminton wasn't enough. ^^;; and I'm not making excuses. Time is a luxury I do not have sadly, that's why I was wondering is gym would be a better option as compared to badminton for the same amount of time taken. Thanks for the encouragement though! yaaa I can do it! biggrin.gif

^^ was wondering, if I'd do gym~ what sort of exercises should i do? treadmill ? others? thx thx
