if u really want to exercise after dinner then u can wait atleast 1 hour after u ate your dinner then only do some exercise

I'm trying to lose 6kg as soon as possible.

Been exercise for 1 to 3 hours a day.. Eat alot of vege and fruits. Less meat and bread.

Just hope I can fast fast lose weight >.<

After do some cardio exercise and control diet... managed to lose 1kg after 3 weeks -__- so slow...

Still got 5kg to go...

Just back from jogging. Managed to lose 1kg after jogged. Hopefully tomorrow won't increase.

May i know what is the best exercise to lose leg fat?

losing weight is not hard. Just need disciplin and hard work.

I lost 6kg already. And still work out to lose 2 more kg so i can reach my target

Recently my weight still stuck at 51kg. as I didn't do much exercise lately. Will exercise more from today ...wanna be thinner than this

Breakfast oat/cereal + low fat milk is very good.. u can add in some fruits like Banana , apple or strawberry.

Frankly, I ate Mcd 2 or 3 times a week but i still manage to lose 7kg in less than 8 months. What I ordered was Fillet O Fish. I normally eat half of the burger share with my friend. xD

Mamak store.. Drink tea is the best to clean the fats.


U can eat what u want but important is the amount u eat and how much u burn. If u eat alot and burn less , it the cause of gaining weight.
