If i eat wholemeal bread (Per Serving 139kcal{ serving size 2 slices} ,224kcal per 100g ) with peanut butter ( per serving{32g} 183kcal and 572kcal per 100g ) Did i consume too much calories? If i ate about 3-4 slices for my dinner
