In order to have a 6 packs abs, it's simple but certainly not an easy task smile.gif It involves lots of discipline. IMHO, 40% comes from Kitchen, the rest will be Cardio plus Weight. Body Fat has to go below 12 (generally) in order to see a clear definition... Cheers!

As for ladies, muscles is not easily build.. even for some guys who are in the Ecto category. In order to having a flat tummy, it involves loads of cardio works and at the same time do take care of food intake. Another trick while doing cardio and diet, water intake is the utmost importance.. Everyone is born with a minimum of 4 packs, lesser having 6, the super genetic would be 8.. they can't be made. We are all born with it, just that the fats are covering them.. Of course, strenghtening with core and abs work will make them pop out much more when the fats are removed. Then only you can see the definition! Cheers!

In 4days plans, I managed to increased my muscles from 35.1kg to 38.7kg in just 4days. smile.gif
Yes, it's all about the food intake, exercise, drinking more plain water, and also changing bad habit of lifestyle into good ones.
Also disciplines smile.gif

Diet dictates how bulked up you are.

Agreed. Actually more about cal in cal out. If objective is for fat loss (I'm not talking about weight loss), cal deficit and some intense cardio will do the job pretty well.

yes, why not? Your "blink" is too shock & hard to believe to be true or too good to be true?
LoL!

There is this specific scale that used to measure before and after.
*
Sorry to ask what sort of specific scale? Assuming the variants are BF & Lean Mass, as far as I know, no specific scale can just measure lean mass. Normally it checks the BF, then by reverse calculation to check mass increment. Please enlighten, thanks.

Which one is better?

currently i'm doin the 1st video workout. Already tried the 2nd video but too much for me
*
Both are good! smile.gif Depends your objective and your background. HIIT is fantastic for fat loss but you must have certain fitness in order to follow exactly what a trainer does. If you were to follow the 2nd vid, I would suggest you start off with 1:2, means 1 min all out sprint and 2 mins slow jog/walk. Don't follow blindly.. not everyone can take such high intensity training. Build a stronger foundation first smile.gif Cheers and all the best!

Wow so nice to see so many support from everyone.
I am also trying to lose those pesky pounds. More so when my boss actually pulled me aside informing me the upper management have commented on my weight and asking if I am doing anything about it.

How embarassing is that?

Anyway that embarassment made me join Fitness First and OMG whole body aching from working out yesterday.

Wish me luck ppl!

Wow! Maybe u were in the direct service industry eh. That's outright discrimination smile.gif Anyway take it positively and exercise is good for you indeed. Cheers! And not forgetting, all the best!

IMHO, let's forget about the word "diet"! Diet means it's all temporary measures. First and foremost, if you are thinking to lose FAT, not just about WEIGHT (take note)... It's a commitment, it's about changing ones lifestyle of food intake. That's the basic rule.. and foundation of all before even you step into a gym or begin to exercise. Exercises, be light or hard-core, you choose..all that will be only PLUS or rather bonus.. Then again it depends how far you want to achieve..

Cheers!
