Keep up the good work man, we're proud of u!!
Just continue doing what you're doing and let time run its course, you'll be posting photos here in no time and we'll probably have to tell u to stop!! laugh.gif
The flab will go away slowly, it takes time. Oh and a little piece of advice, since you're loosing fat rapidly, I'd suggest getting some of the Palmers Cocoa Butter Formula Skin Therapy Oil, it helps a lot IMO, using it myself! icon_rolleyes.gif
U should have seen my stretch marks on my tummy, SydG pun kalah after 9 months of carrying around another human, biggrin.gif

Can't remember how much I got it for man, but below RM50 for sure, and can get it at most major pharmacies. Anyway, yeah, if your stretch masks have turned a white/silver shade, its gonna be almost impossible to remove COMPLETELY, but this thing does help reduce its appearance and prevent newer ones from forming..

I did not read the whole thread, just need to ask a thing,

Before that, I am overweight by a lot, 12X kgs, am taking time slowing my life, focus on slimming
I walk to places whenever I can now, I jog few times a week
I eat steamed tofu and vege for meals

My actual question is weight lifting helps? I have a friend that told me weight lifting will only make it worse.
*
My friend once told me that I could fly if I jumped off a building and flapped my arms real fast doh.gif
I started Googling and found out that many people have tried in the past, all failed! Sigh yawn.gif

got try before, but it turn  black very fast-still can eat?i usually spend 3 hours in gym...
*
What do u do for 3 hours in the gym mate? blink.gif
Anyway, to your previous question, basically, after an intense workout, your body basically acts like a sponge, absorbing anything you throw at it really really FAST. There's a reason why athletes and people who are serious in keeping lean take post workout supplements and/or fruits such as bananas.

Added on December 8, 2010, 2:59 amWhao, and one more thing, just realised how much weight one can loose because of stress.
FML, 3.7KG in 7 phuckin days!!! That's sick, I mean, literally, sigh..
Thank God the worst part of flying school is over, now back to the gym for me!!

For your height, loosing 10kg is a little too much don't u think? I mean, based on BMI alone and nothing else, I'd say you're probably just a little chubby right now. Nothing some simple exercises and proper diet can't handle. Do u play any sports or have taken up any recently? That could be one of the causes of your weight gain..
Ok, seriously, if other girls out there don't agree with me, don't need to bombard me with comments *shields up*

- Take yogurt drink two meals per day, 700ml per meal. (lunch and dinner)
Have u even asked yourself how and why this could possibly help u before posting this question here?

- More veggies and fruits, less meat and oily food.
More veggies and fruits will definitely play a part in maintaining a healthy diet, but will definitely do nothing for your weight loss if your calorific intake supersedes your calories burned daily. Less oily food is the way to go, in fact, no oily food at all most of the time won't kill ya' mate, just give it a try. Less meat is DEFINITELY out of the picture, because that's where u get bulk of your protein source. Eating parts like thighs/wings/backside is hands down a big no no.

- Walking on the beach daily, or somewhere near my house, for at least more than 30 minutes.
Uhm, have u tried something called jogging before? If you're worried about people looking at u jogging on the beach, my advice is to not give a shit. I jog ON the beach each time I don't go to the gym where my beloved treadmill is. If you're planning to JOG, then yes, the 30mins will somehow help, but if u wanna walk, then sorry my friend, u can just be the other guy who stares at those beach bods and thinks low of him/herself

I am a type of guy that very stubborn
I know that we need to eat more healthy food and exercise more, in order to burn more calories than gaining calories per day. I don't really like to go to gym or hiking, maybe because of don't have partner.

How many times have u actually tried going to the gym by yourself dude? If you're always gonna wait for someone else to push u in life, you're gonna end up NOWHERE, trust me. I'm not some bloody philosopher or anything, but facts are facts. People have done the same mistakes before, now that u know how to get past them, why not give it a shot? No use sitting in a corner and feeling depressed or sad over matters YOU can easily take control of!

In other hand, I am afraid by doing all these above will affect me in terms of mentality and physical because I am currently taking BSc. course and there are a lot of works.
Oh for phucks sake dude, don't give us the "I'm taking a degree in/working as a blablabla" excuse because quite frankly, no one here really cares and neither should you! If you're smart enough to be doing a degree right now, u undeniably should have the common sense to know what u can and cannot do. I'd like to add to SydG's example and tell u that I know some people, relatives in fact, who are reading medicine abroad and locally, and still manage to find time for workouts, at the gym, or at home. Heck, I've got friends who are working on oil rigs for that matter, in the middle of the ocean in a freaking jumpsuit, in our LOCAL weather, who still find time to pump iron when they're free. U wanna talk about being mentally exhausted? Try staring at a map, sky and the sea for 3hours straight 6000ft above the surface of the Earth while making sure the 2000000000000000000 buttons around u don't start flashing and listening out for instructions from people who are going through the same predicament at the time! vmad.gif ... Do I get frustrated?, uhm YES!.. Do I whine about it?, LOL, I'd rather be channeling all that stress through dead lifts for all I care. I know what its like to be in Uni, all the assignments, deadlines and exams are without doubt stressful, but if u can manage your time properly and WANT TO MAKE A CHANGE, u will surely be able to.

Any better advice?
That's all I've got mate, its up to u whether u wanna take it or not. Just sharing some experiences that would HOPEFULLY help u make up your mind on what you're gonna do next. Typed this whole thing hoping it would somehow or another help u out, so yeah, cheers and good luck I guess.
