Well, this evening i use my machine and do 3 set of 12 repitition for each exercise. here's the list

1 - butterfly bench press (6kg)
2 - leg extension (5kg)
3 - chest press (5kg)
4 - lat pulldown (5kg)
5 - decline sit-ups

i spent for about 30-40 min just now. so is the exercise good? can i continue with this routine? other than this equipent i only have 2 dumbbells (1.5kg each). my aim is to lose weight.

The most effective weight loss exercise ive tried is rope skipping.

skip about 200 times for first time. then increase slowly to 500 times daily(about20mins)

also..watch ur diet. i survived on corn+vege+fruits+some rice for dinner. (no fried food)
lunch take half of ur normal portion. breakfast take some biscuits.

lost 5 kg in 2 weeks!!!

IMHO, let's forget about the word "diet"! Diet means it's all temporary measures. First and foremost, if you are thinking to lose FAT, not just about WEIGHT (take note)... It's a commitment, it's about changing ones lifestyle of food intake. That's the basic rule.. and foundation of all before even you step into a gym or begin to exercise. Exercises, be light or hard-core, you choose..all that will be only PLUS or rather bonus.. Then again it depends how far you want to achieve..

Cheers!

nop.i remained the same..its been 5 months now since that one time diet..im now 160cm and 45kg..used to be 50kg:(. not fat, but i look plump.
it was pretty suffering at first..cuz i cudnt enjoy cortain food..but everything paid off.

of course, if u stop the exercise dont over eat or u'll gain weight, eat normal portion of everything(by normal portion i mean stop once u feel full)to maintain current weight.

apply vaseline, reapply when necessary.. it can turn bloody which is known as bloody nipple, not something uncommon for runners caused by chaffling. Nipple tape works well too

do in 1 go or you do in intervals? 20mins for 500x? I thought it would be less than 10mins assume 60rpm..
I don't do too much rope skipping 200~300 normally.. when I feels like..

In my own opinion, it would be easier if you just look at yourself on the mirror, and look at yourself, what do you not like about your body. For me, its the tummy, the butt, and the thigh. At first, I keep on looking at the weight, drop 1 kg, gain 1, it keeps on repeating. I thought that if I just work out on the parts which I want to lose, its easy.

Its better this way, and one can be 65 kg, but they are well-toned, and you could have thought that person was actually 59 kg.

If there is an important event coming up, then you should do all the extreme diet, but if you aren't, just make sure you have your three meals a day, or five short meals a day with 4 hour interval. In my case, I cut down my rice portion, but I add more veggie, and poultry/meat.

Morning.

Any of you are on a veggie diet only?

How's it going?

Most six pack seekers are on this type of diet.
