is fat will be lose more in cold or hot weather? despite the ppl eat more or less. like if one at cold weather, he will lose more fat than hot weather in order to keep the body warm, izit true?

its almost the same...when its hot, your body use energy to try to keep you cool...when its cool, your body use energy to keep you warm...

theres no real answer to this, some one at your height might be heavier but look leaner with muscle, or lighter in KG but looks fat. that is because muscle is denser than fat.

then you understand what i mean, they are both same height, they are both "overweight" according to BMI calculation

but if you insist fot an answer, use the BMI calculator, it is not accurate, tho, but you can use it as a benchmark. so for you height. you need to be atleast 69.5KG to be considered a normal weight. higher than that consider overweight, tho again, it might not applied for someone with muscles
