hi guys, I'm around 75kg, and I'm not really tall.. so, my BMI shows that I'm overweight sad.gif want to ask something,
is it possible to lose around 15-20kg (for me to get normal weight) around 4months with something like 3-4gym sessions (most likely will do cardio for 30-50minutes, whichever capable of, followed by some upper body exercise for little muscle building for 30 minutes i guessed.)
and so far, I'm not intended to build muscle yet as now, what I'm really concern is my overweight problems sweat.gif . should i drop the little muscle building after my cardio during my gym sessions and do more cardio?
I can't give my time much for gym sessions since most of my class did finish little late d.. sad.gif when I'm not going to gym, I'll spend my evening with my friends for futsal/field football. and of course, b4 playing that, will jogging for 2-3 rounds of the field for warming up hmm.gif

hop to get any feedback from sifu notworthy.gif

edited: I'll also will try to reduce oily food sweat.gif and take as healthy food as I can
*
start it now, and let see the result after 2weeks, if no improvement, then come here with ur food intake and exercise routine.
u can't loss weight by only talk...

xixo, good stuff considering your training, keep it up mate..
but from what I see, work more on those shoulders, variate your shoulder workouts to get those "humps", it would definitely look better on people like us, meaning YOU AND ME, coz we're going from fat to fit, and not skinny to bulky..
good that you're working on your legs, at least wont be like chicken feet, made that mistake once, luckily I managed to recover it early, literally looked like Johnny Bravo..lmao
*
thx bro.. appreciated it.. so weak on shoulder day.. haish.. need a support to hit big weight.. let's time decide.. wub.gif
I just want "them" to look proportion.. seem funny to see big body but small leg laugh.gif

I usually adjust my shoulder day to be on a Friday, at least can tidur puas-puas that night. Then push my shoulders to the limit, with a spotter of course, if not mati man!  rclxub.gif
*
Some of people hit high with spotter, but i'm prefer to play alone, at least can feel the load..perhaps that the reason of slow progress...cutting time until 29.5.2011, see again...

one way i tried before during college, if you are not doing anything at night, take only a cup of cereal for dinner. take your normal portion of breakfast and lunch but only a cup of cereal for dinner or any kind of drinks. sure slim down but moderately lar~~ tongue.gif

pointed to me? unsure.gif tongue.gif later i'll capture another angle.. hehe
i'm following ur advice bro.. focus on shoulder train almost 20set per session.. currently I'm quite happy with the size.. almost proportion i think.. at least for me la.. time to cut with cardio.. want faster result... biggrin.gif

but if i could wait almost 10 month, why not wait another 1 year and enjoy the food once a week.. wub.gif

to be honest, i'm quite lazy with cardio..
only weight training, moderate weight + high rep, n diet.. same effect.. heart beat hit quite high, n sweat like hell

Im planning on taking 100% Whey Gold Standard Whey supplements, any advice on it ?

i usually just do jogging, quite frequently but now plan to build some muscle mass.
*
my first supplement.. good enough. but have low effect on my body, energy level not up to per expectation.. taste quite awful (lol, i'm quite choosy)
nowadays change to myofusion, can feel different level of energy, taste is aweeeesomeee..

overall, it's up to you.. it serve a purpose to build muscle as long u have good routine in term of diet n training..

I'm 160 and 88kg. in other words, I'M FAT. and ugly.

i really want to lose some weights,  but the nature of my jobs is on-call. I have no exact schedule.

my sleep times are uncertain. sometimes i worked all night and sleep all day (on-call duty). i heard some says inconsistent sleep schedule also lead to weight gain.

and nobody goes out jogging 2am in the morning T_T

also i think i ate too much.

suggestions?
*
if u think u ate too much, review it, reduce and u still could lose some weight wink.gif
even without proper training, u still can create calories deficit and result of weight loss..

To build my speed lol. Dunno if it's effective. I'm pretty slow nowadays. I do 1 round of slow jog after it to cool down abit. Then walking back to my place is a bit far.
*
then it's time to hit squat.. thumbup.gif

can, but it might get fast adaption by your body.. hit gym and you're free to increase the resistance that you prefer...

gym, eat, rest.. and watch ur quad getting big.. then test it at track.. sure got a lot improvement.

I tell u, 110kg my body weight (lari terkedek2),
now maintain 92kg and speed and stamina perfectly awesome...
