I got this file from DiGi set Legend. So I share the file with everyone who is looking for the APN. You can download the attached file to restore the APN list for SEA operators by using APN Backup & Restore application.

Download APN Backup & Restore & install

Step 2
Download and upload the APN file to  /sdcard/APNBackupRestore/
