550 psf... Jusco as anchor tenant...

Helius, where you get this info ?.
Bolton staff also dun dare commit to this.

Rumour 1. Bolton trying to get Coldstorage. In the midst of discussion. No updates.
Rumour 2. Bolton want to get Jusco but since they have 1 in Equine and 1 in IOI, not so positive
Rumour 3. Bolton almost completing deal with Jusco and Jusco want to grab the entire commercial unit.

If 3 comes through.. rclxm9.gif

Dear All The Wharf Residence Owners,

I'm one of the owner of an unit in TWR Tower 18 and I have always wanted to start our own forum to foster a closer community living within TWR. There will be a greater need to share and collaborate when we first collect our keys in due time as we go through the teething issues. With such platform for collaboration, we shall have greater voices against the developer should such situation arises.

After much thought, finally I have just bought a domain and setup a forum for TWR where we can bring our discussion to the next level. There could be some sensitive discussion/information where we can control and made them available only to the group of owners instead of making them publicly available.

You will notice there is no advertisements on our our TWR forum. The forum is currently organised based on various categories and topics. Do check it out now and feel free to start your new topics there!

Yea.. I'm free this Friday to collect n check..

So.. Basically for clearance letter ;
- with or without letter, pls email developer.. VP letter is out and deadline is closing..
- we need to settle misc payment.. Deposit plus mgmt fee advance 4months.
- email developer credit control dept.. They will check if yr bank has done the final drawdown .. Once bank settle final payment and u settle misc payment.. U get clearence letter..
- if bank part got stuck... Call yr bank customer service.. Loans dept and enquire.. Also check with yr mortgage officer..
- after clearance letter.. Make appt with local developer office for appointment..
Appt day.. Meet up mgmt ppl.. Do quick and major fault checks.. Collect access card.. Etc..

Happy to know built quality is ok.. I'll get some pics this Friday as well.

Anymore personal feedbacks about the units..

1. after get the keys, do major check and fill rectification >> small issues
2. wait for electricity and water and do second check

For water;
-go to your unit, close all the taps
-go out to the riser, open the taps.. got three if you are doing it your self, one master pipe (red color), 2nd belongs to wharf (below the meter), 3 above the meter.

Do not ask the mgmt open it for you at their leisure. Please be there. if any pipes in your home is left open then you will be surprised. The water pressure is also very strong.

Let it be for about 2-3 hours.. watch for water marks.

My second room have water mark coz the internal pipe leaking.
