do u guys consider x2? Just 2-3km fr Wharf but at 240-260psf, cheaper psf but higher entry cost due to large built up.。

Agree, all those properties nearby like ttp, tpp, x2, rfx, kp, calisa, d island, etc will benefit fr success of The Wharf and The Millenium.

To the ppl, at least there is an upcoming mall rather than nothing at all. Whether it will bcome like ss2 mall or not, only time will tell.
