Jusco as anchor tenant will shoot up the appreciate value almost instantly as it will move the Wharf away from the 'deserted mall' category.

QUOTE(ecin @ Sep 20 2012, 11:41 AM) is it a mall concept or shop concept? honestly i have no idea. it seems that developers these days will not highlight so much and will 'take it as it comes' so they are kinda leaving it as a 'mall' but did not describe further. i do believe this area will compete nicely with bandar puteri and setia walk

QUOTE(tatagal @ Sep 20 2012, 12:33 PM) Congrats! It's definately a good news! It will make this project more "alive" Just curious how much is the paper gain now for first batch investor? it should be a healthy RM140psf net. i am estimating RM250 net after the release of the keys as well as the matured surrounding with two schools and 2 malls, along with the LRT of course.

I got very firm confirmation that the layout in tower 28 is very different from the existing two towers.
if memory serves me right, it will have more than 4 types ranging from 400+ to 2000+ sf.
As for the price, it will be easily over the range of RM520/sf.

Personally i think it's going to be ready by Dec.
Went to see the actual site of Tower 8 and even went up to lvl 6 to see the rooms. It is completely ready for occupation but only pending authorities' CF.

I am an owner of the Wharf Tower 8.
Feedback after my 2nd visit to my own unit is that the workmanship is pretty good, walls are straight and no issues with keys and all.
Only complain is the lighting points at masterbed 1 which is all over the place. In order to make good use of this, plaster ceiling must be added.
And second point is the kitchen.. it seems the developer only plaster ceiling the area (which is half of the kitchen) to cover the drain pipes from the floor above and not the entire kitchen. Seriously i know saving cost is a priority but goodness you are forcing owner to put up own plaster ceiling to make it even across the kitchen ceiling.

QUOTE(lioncarlsberg @ May 21 2015, 08:07 PM) Hi, could you explain more what you mean? I don't plan to put plaster ceiling, so I'm worried it will affect my unit, but I'm not clear on the problem you are referring. It simply means the developer hangs the lighting point randomly (at least not on any common grid). In order to have a nicely laid out lighting location, you must add plaster ceiling if you want to conceal your wiring. (ie. no conduits/casing).
