No such rule pal , in Ipon Tesco Extra and Tesco are almost side-by-side.

I think that is the reason they rename the old Tesco to Tesco Extra, so "Tesco Extra" != "Tesco"

There is a mall-like retail. Expect the mall to be something like the scale of Sunway Giza plus minus (probably minus).

For Millennia mall, dun expect it to happen soon. Insider news - it's going to delay yet again (3 times delay dy), look at the site nothing there will tell you the truth. Rumour said its going to wait for LRT station to jack up its prices further. China man company.

Do u think that http://thewharfpuchong.com created by Tee Kah Yeow who stay in Tropicana Home Resort is the "official"?

I have already told u that the article there is old. By that time, the plan was like that, but by this time, the plan is no longer like that. Even the position and look of the 3 service apartments also changed from that plan. And to show u what u are doing is ridiculous, I say if u want to argue, why don't u take an even older information to show the mall is ridiculously not exist at all.

If u want to see the thing, don't sit behind the monitor. Go to the sales office and see the 3D model. I am not Bolton sales and I have no interest to show u the info, u have to find out urself.

If u can really proof that I am wrong, sure I will accept. But don't mislead people when u are confused, and don't argue like u know the very detail but based on old information.

Anyhow, I already mentioned the mall is just a plus. Tesco is nearby and already under construction. Resident at the Wharf can buy grocery within walking or cycling distance. Probably they can have some chill and drink outside the mall downstairs too.

+1

How many of you commenting here actually went to Bolton sales office to see the real deal before ? smile.gif The whole thing is there, drive there, and please talk to the Bolton SA to find out more. If they bullshit a lot then it is not the fault for the person who listens to share what he has heard with you all here, sharing is caring, but don't insult the kind person who is trying to share regardless of the source.

You want to suspect and feel paranoid bout this whole deal, bring it to the Bolton SA, insult them there, but not here. Internet is lagging sometimes, you can't find all the A-Z info bout everything by just googling.

Hi Guys,
Just asking, whether Symphony of Life is a good developer? or they literally suck and have a 7 miles long defect list ? I think as house buyers, you have a 18 months defect period. You can take it out against the developer and your statutory rights are protected under HDA (Housing and Development Act).

Just wanna know the quality of SymLife's product offerings? Like given a chance, would you ever buy from this developer ever again?

I think looking at the brochure and artist impression VS the actual outcome of the whole Wharf development (condo facade, shops facade, landscaping, the missing mall, etc), they misdelivered quite a bit. That caused people like me to lose confidence in their other future properties like Elevia.

It's not even close when compared to other more reputable developers like SDB, Sunway, Gamuda. This is not even a township project but a relatively small integrated development and they f*** it up. Not having the mall at the same time of the apartment VP is a huge huge disadvantage to those investors. Anyway, I am not an owner but I still hope for the best for the owners.
