Anyhow, I already mentioned the mall is just a plus. Tesco is nearby and already under construction. Resident at the Wharf can buy grocery within walking or cycling distance. Probably they can have some chill and drink outside the mall downstairs too.

Just asking, whether Symphony of Life is a good developer? or they literally suck and have a 7 miles long defect list ? I think as house buyers, you have a 18 months defect period. You can take it out against the developer and your statutory rights are protected under HDA (Housing and Development Act).

Just wanna know the quality of SymLife's product offerings? Like given a chance, would you ever buy from this developer ever again?
