Went patrolling the area yesterday, got lorries dumping earth into lake & tractor levelling it. Looks like the lake wil b a pond 1 day .. The road leading to condo not so good cos quite deserted.

After that went to wharf site, it looks quiet, got hoarding but no activity. The surrounding doesn't look so good, unlike the puchong prima area further north which has an upmarket feel.

I won't be surprised is there any lake left at all in Purchong.

Anyway, at least there's a small waterway left.. but i don't think this would affect the appeal of the Wharf.. much.
I think for the Wharf to succeed, it needs a good anchor tenant for the mall.  Just my 2 cents.

Agreed. It would be better if it was some sort of entertainment mall with popular f&b. A cinema would be nice too!

I also found this Bizwalk agent start to sale de..and the price bring up much much higher..
If i not mistaken last time deverloper sell 2.2m but now agent sell 2.8m leh..!
That means our property also follow up lah right..
Look like is a good sign for this..
